Data deletion

1. Remove Sextantly's access to Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Sextantly only reads the accounts you connect: it never posts or changes anything in them. To remove its access:
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or search for “Business integrations” in settings).
- Select Sextantly and click Remove.
From that moment, Sextantly can no longer read your ad accounts, Pages or Instagram.
2. Remove Sextantly's access to Google
At myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Sextantly and remove its access. Sextantly can then no longer read Google Ads, Google Analytics or Search Console.
3. Ask us to delete your data
Write to hello@sextantly.com from the email address of your Sextantly account and tell us whether you want to delete the data of one connection (Meta or Google) or your whole account. We will confirm receipt and let you know when it is done.
4. What is deleted, and when
- Meta and Google access tokens: revoked and deleted immediately.
- Data read from connected accounts (campaign metrics and names, Pages and Instagram): deleted within 30 days.
- Sextantly account data: deleted within 30 days of closing the account.
- Billing data: kept for the period required by tax law (10 years), even after the account is closed.
- Technical logs: deleted after 90 days.
Our privacy policy explains what data we process and why. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt), or with the authority in your country.
